Intelligence, in good hands

AI agents, AI platforms, and enterprise engineering. One accountable company.

From autonomous agents and Adamant, our sovereign AI platform, to the AI Decision Recorder and the Kubernetes platforms KubeMaestro, CmdGrid, AirLift, and Witness, Curo Intelligence builds, deploys, and operates the full stack. Every AI decision is recorded and every agent has an accountable owner, on your cloud or entirely on your own infrastructure.

Runs where you need it

Your cloud, your data center, or fully air-gapped, from one signed install.

Open by default

Open-weight models, standard APIs, and exportable data. No lock-in.

Independently verifiable

An open-source verifier lets auditors check every decision record themselves.

What Curo builds

1

AI that does real work

Agents and AI products that resolve tickets, reconcile accounts, and answer from your own data, earning autonomy step by step.

2

Platforms that run it

KubeMaestro, CmdGrid, AirLift, and Witness: Kubernetes and infrastructure operations, from cluster creation to backup and audit.

3

Accountability built in

Every AI decision recorded and verifiable, a named owner for every agent, and a senior engineer accountable for what the AI does.

Autonomy for your operations. Accountability from ours.

Services

AI where it transforms. Engineering where it endures.

Autonomous agents and AI solutions lead our work, but they stand on platforms, data, cloud, and security that have to hold for a decade. We deliver both, because trustworthy AI depends on trustworthy engineering.

How we deliver

Three engagement models. One accountable owner.

Every engagement has a single accountable owner: a senior engineer, not an account manager, from the first architecture review through ongoing operations.

Build

Outcome-based delivery

Fixed-scope or dedicated product-team engagements. We design, build, and hand over with documentation your team can operate from.

Operate

Managed operations

For the systems we build and the ones you already run: 24×7 monitoring, agreed SLOs, reported error budgets, and transparent post-incident reviews.

Advise

Independent senior advisory

Architecture reviews, AI strategy, and technical due diligence, from engineers who build and operate systems like yours.

The first 90 days

A structured path from assessment to operation.

Every engagement follows the same framework, so progress is visible and every commitment can be verified.

Weeks 0–2

Discover

We assess the code, the architecture, and the organization, and deliver a clear map of what exists, including systems without a current owner.

Weeks 2–4

Architect

Target architecture, migration plan, and a written risk register, signed off by the engineer who will deliver it.

Weeks 4–12

Build

Senior engineers working in short cycles. Working software and supervised agents released to production behind feature flags, documented as we go.

Week 12+

Operate

SLOs agreed, on-call cover in place, and post-incident reviews delivered. Every system has an accountable owner.

Industries

Built for regulated and mission-critical environments.

We focus on industries where systems carry money, health, safety, or public trust, and where reliability and evidence are non-negotiable.

Banking & Financial Services BFSI

Reconciliation and settlement breaks, closed with an audit trail a regulator can replay.

Healthcare & Life Sciences HLS

Patient and trial data under residency rules, where every automated action has to be evidenced.

Retail & E-commerce RCG

Peak traffic that cannot fail, and back-office queues growing faster than headcount.

Manufacturing & Logistics MFG

Plant-floor and fleet systems that run air-gapped, where downtime is measured in shipments.

SaaS & Digital Platforms ISV

Multi-tenant platforms and the Kubernetes estate beneath them, scaled without scaling the operations team.

Public Sector GOV

Procurement that demands evidence, and systems that must run with no internet and no lock-in.

Why Curo

What sets Curo apart.

Enterprises typically weigh three options: a global consultancy, a specialist AI vendor, or building in-house. Curo brings together the strengths of each.

Senior, accountable teams

Small senior teams own each engagement end to end. The people who scope your work are the people who deliver it.

AI on proven engineering

Every agent runs on full-stack engineering across platforms, data, cloud, and security, and six of our products are already in early access. We operate what we build in production.

Built for your independence

We work alongside your team and hand over complete, exit-ready documentation. You keep full control of your systems and are never locked in.

The Curo standard

Four commitments, written into every engagement.

01

Every agent has a human owner

Autonomy never means unaccountable. A named engineer owns every AI decision in production, and you work with them directly.

02

Autonomy is earned, not assumed

Agents start supervised, gain permissions with a track record, and log every action to an audit trail you can replay.

03

Documentation is a deliverable

Exit-ready from day one. Architecture decisions, runbooks, and the reasoning behind them are written as we go, so your next hire can onboard from the documentation instead of from us.

04

Transparent incident reporting

When an incident occurs, you receive the full post-incident review: root cause, contributing factors, and corrective actions.

About Curo

An engineering firm, built like one.

Curo Intelligence was founded in 2026 on a clear premise: systems that act on their own need accountable owners, not just builders. We keep teams small and senior, assign a senior engineer to every engagement and every agent, and remain accountable through production, not only until go-live.

The name comes from the Latin cūrō, “I take care of it,” the same root as the English word accurate: “done with care.” Precision delivered with care is the standard we hold ourselves to.

We hire selectively, looking for engineers who take ownership of their work. To join us, write to [email protected].

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How does an engagement start?

Every engagement begins with a 45-minute working session with a senior engineer. Where there is a fit, we run a short paid discovery and deliver a written proposal covering target architecture, risks, timeline, and price. The proposal is yours to keep and evaluate independently.

Can AI agents work without human involvement?

Yes, for the work itself, but never for the accountability. Our agents run workflows end to end: supervised at first, autonomous once they have earned it, and audited at all times. A named engineer remains accountable for everything they do, which is what makes automation dependable in production.

What happens if an agent makes a mistake?

The action is rolled back and a person explains what happened. Agents run supervised until they have a proven track record, high-risk actions require human approval, and every action is recorded in a replayable audit trail. You receive a full post-incident review: root cause, contributing factors, and corrective actions.

Do you take over systems built by others?

Yes. We begin with a stabilization review to assess what exists, then agree SLOs once we fully understand the commitment.

Who will work on our systems?

Small teams of senior engineers. The people who scope your work are the people who deliver it.

Do you train models on our data?

The boundary is set in writing before any data moves, and your security team signs it. In most engagements your data is used only to run your own systems — retrieval, evaluation, operation — and is never pooled with anyone else’s or used to improve models for other customers. Where an engagement genuinely calls for tuning on your data, that is agreed explicitly, scoped to you, and written into the contract rather than assumed.

What is your security posture?

Curo is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified today, and we will not imply otherwise. We build to those controls — least privilege, permission boundaries, audit logging, secure delivery pipelines — and our products are built to produce the evidence auditors ask for. If your procurement process requires a certified supplier, let us know early and we will confirm clearly whether we qualify.

Who owns the code and the IP?

Ownership of code and intellectual property is agreed explicitly in the contract before work begins. We never use ownership as leverage: our exit-ready commitment means you can always take your work with you.

How do you price?

Build engagements are fixed-scope, Operate engagements are billed monthly, and Advisory is billed at day rates. Any change in scope is agreed in writing before work proceeds.

Where are you based?

Curo Intelligence is registered in India and delivers remotely worldwide. Working-hour overlap is agreed per engagement, and on-call cover and response times are defined in every Operate SLO.

Let’s talk about your priorities.

Whether it is a process consuming your team’s time, operations that need to scale, or an AI initiative that has stalled, every engagement begins with a 45-minute working session with a senior engineer.
